01Responsible data use

SignalXLR works with business contact data, campaign information, targeting criteria, messages, replies, and connected-system records for defined business purposes. We take reasonable steps to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. No system can promise absolute security.

02Purpose-limited collection

We seek to collect and use only the information reasonably needed to research prospects, operate campaigns, communicate, and deliver the service.

03Controlled access

Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information to perform assigned work.

04Transmission, storage, and credentials

We use reputable business systems and safeguards designed to protect information while it is transmitted, processed, and stored. Administrative access is protected through access controls and sound credential practices. Clients must also protect connected accounts.

05Provider oversight

We select specialized technology providers for legitimate business purposes and limit sharing to what is reasonably necessary.

06Retention and disposal

We retain information as reasonably needed for the engagement, obligations, disputes, security, and legitimate records, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.

07Information we may handle

Client information may include business contact details, targeting criteria, account configuration, campaign instructions, and service communications. Prospect information may include professional identity, company, role, business contact details, public professional information, selection rationale, campaign activity, and responses. Operational information may include delivery records, quality checks, system events, campaign performance, and support requests.

08Shared responsibilities

We use information to deliver and support agreed services, limit internal access based on legitimate work needs, review suspected security issues, and honor applicable contractual and legal obligations. Clients are responsible for lawful instructions, authorized information, protecting connected accounts, reporting access changes or suspected misuse, and lawful use of delivered information. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information through a website form.

09Questions or concerns

Contact hello@signalxlr.com about data protection or suspected misuse. Describe the concern without including passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive records.
